I use this HUD for quite a while now, I played with a similar one at the Legacy LAN 2023 e.g. You can head out to my (inactive) YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@sicarotale, to find out some content which includes this similar looking HUD. There are some things I have changed recently as far as I know, which are the seta cg_crosshairColor and -Alt commands and the third command which is seta cg_crosshairSize. The last one is a bit higher nowadays, respectively 40 and 30 - instead of 20 - on both my PC and laptop. Enjoy!
